Most hosted rentals include utilities, wifi and access to amenities such as laundries. Some hosts will provide other services such as meals. Private rentals are independent living options such as private apartments, boarding houses or shared houses. Usually, students will select either a private or shared room at a private rental. Most rooms will be furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and some other amenities. Students are responsible for purchasing their own bed linen, kitchen utensils and other products. Most private rental landlords include utilities in the rental. Always check the details outlined in a private listing before making a decision to book. Purpose built student accommodations are buildings designed for primarily for students to live in. Rooms at a PBSA range from private studios to shared apartments. PBSAs usually include shared amenities for students including common rooms, study rooms, gyms, laundries and other facilities.
